I have to tell you the appreciation I have for the manner in which you conduct your business and the quality products you put out in terms of your venison processing. My boss referred me to you guys last year and I was very satisfied with the summer sausage and jalapeno cheddar sticks I had made. I shot a buck three weeks ago and again came to you guys. I had brats, meatloaf, summer sausage, and hot sticks made. I have to tell you that those brats are absolutely out of this world and the meatloaf has a one of a kind taste that I honestly do not think could be beat. I live in north central Wisconsin, and am an avid hunter with a lot of friends who also live in the woods. I have recommended your business to every one of my friends as well as the occasional "city folk" from Illinois we tend to get around this time of year.
