Easy Pork Tenderloin

2 lbs. HAEN PORK TENDERLOIN
2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cup garlic olive oil

Methods/steps
1. Preheat oven to 400°.
2. Mix bread crumbs and olive oil.
3. Season pork with garlic powder, salt, and cracked black pepper.
4. Place pork on a shallow cooking sheet.
5. Press the crumb mixture onto all sides of the pork.
6. Tent a piece of foil over pork and bake for 20 minutes.
7. Remove foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes or until pork reaches an internal temperature of 160°.
8. Let pork rest 10 minutes, then cut into 1/2" slices.
