1 lb. HAEN ROUND STEAK cut in strips
1 1/2 tsp. oil
1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings
4 oz. can mushrooms drained, reserve liquid
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup dry sherry or dry red wine
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3 cups cooked rice
Methods/steps
1. Brown steak in oil.
2. Add onions and mushroom.
3. Combine rest of ingredients including reserved liquid from mushrooms and pour over steak.
4. Simmer on low until steak is fork tender or put in slow cooker on low for 4-6 hours.
5. Serve over cooked rice.
