English Muffin Casserole
Ingredients
1 lb. HAEN DELI TURKEY BREAST thinly sliced
~oven roasted or smoked
1 lb. HAEN DELI HAM thinly sliced
1/2 lb. HAEN BACON ENDS
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 large can asparagus pieces
1/2 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
(substitute American slices if desired)
1 pkg. (8-12) English Muffins
1 tomato sliced
Methods/steps
1. Pan fry bacon ends until crisp. Drain; blot dry; crumble; and set aside.
2. In a large casserole dish, layer all ingredients except bacon and tomato.
3. Use 1/3 of each in every layer: soup, ham, turkey, asparagus, cheese.
4. After layering, top with tomato slices and crumbled bacon.
5. Bake at 350°F 35-45 minutes or until sides bubble.
6. Serve over toasted English Muffins.
