Homemade BLT Pizza

1 pkg. HAEN BACON ENDS AND PIECES
1 refrigerated pizza crust dough
1 tsp. olive oil
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 diced tomato
2 cups shredded lettuce
mayonnaise to taste
salt and pepper

Methods/steps
1. Preheat oven according to package directions for pizza crust.
2. Pan fry bacon ends until browned but not crisp; drain on paper towels.
3. Stretch pizza dough on a cookie sheet; brush with olive oil.
4. Spread the cheese evenly over crust and top evenly with tomatoes.
5. Chop bacon ends and distribute evenly over pizza.
6. Bake for 10-15 minutes in preheated oven until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
7. Toss shredded lettuce with mayo and salt and pepper.
8. Top the pizza with lettuce and serve.
