Italian Sausage and Ravioli Soup

1 lb. HAEN ITALIAN SAUSAGE bulk
1 tsp. olive oil
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can reduced sodium chicken broth (14oz.)
1 pkg. refrigerated cheese ravioli (9oz.)
1 can Italian style diced tomatoes, undrained
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil or parsley
crushed red pepper flakes

Methods/steps
1. Brown italian sausage; set aside.
2. Heat oil in large deep skillet.
3. Add peppers and garlic; cook and stir 2 minutes.
4. Add broth; bring to a simmer.
5. Add ravioli; cover and simmer 5 minutes.
6. Stir in tomatoes and sausage; simmer uncovered 5 minutes or until ravioli and peppers are tender.
7. Serve topped with cheese and basil; red pepper if desired.
