1 HAEN CUT-UP FRYING CHICKEN
1/2 cup liquid nonalcoholic margarita mix
3 T. lime juice
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp. coarse salt

Methods/steps
1. Mix margarita mix, lime juice, and garlic in heavy duty resealable food storage bag.
2. Add chicken, coat with marinade, and refrigerate for 1- 24 hours.
3. Grill chicken, skin side up, over direct medium heat.
4. Brush with extra marinade, sprinkle with salt.
5. Cover and grill 15 minutes.
6. Turn and grill another 20-40 minutes turning occasionally.

Additional Tips
Chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165°. Appliances and cooking times vary.
