8 OZ. HAEN CHORIZO SAUSAGE
8 (6 in.) corn tortillas
6 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup shredded cheese
1 dash Tobasco sauce
1/2 cup salsa

Methods/steps
1. Squeeze sausage out of casing and crumble into skillet.
2. Brown over medium high heat and set aside.
3. Heat one skillet over medium heat and another over high heat (for warming tortillas).
4. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
5. Spray skillet with cooking spray and pour in eggs.
6. Stir and cook until almost firm.
7. Add sausage and continue cooking until firm.
8. Warm tortillas about 45 seconds per side.
9. Top with cheese, eggs, and sausage.
10. Add hot sauce and salsa to taste.
