Overnight Ham and Cheese Souffle

1 lb. HAEN HAM diced or sliced
12 slices bread, crust removed
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese shredded
5 eggs
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cups milk
2 cups cornflake crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
Methods/steps
1. Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
2. Place 6 slices of bread in bottom of dish; cover with ham and cheese; place remaining bread on top.
3. Combine eggs, mustard, milk and salt in mixing bowl.
4. Beat well; pour over bread; cover and refrigerate for 12 hours.
5. Preheat oven to 300°.
6. Sprinkle cornflake crumbs on top and drizzle with melted butter.
7. Bake for 1 hour.
