Oxtail Soup

1 LB HAEN OXTAILS
Water
2 cans tomato soup
1 can stewed tomatoes
4 beef bouillon cubes
4 carrots, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 can green beans
Salt and pepper to taste
3 large potaoes OR 1/2 bag egg noodles
Methods/steps
1. Place oxtails in large soup kettle.
2. Fill half full of water and bring to a boil. Skim off grease.
3. Add all other ingredients except potatoes or noodles.
4. Simmer 3-4 hours.
5. Add potatoes last hour OR cook noodles according to package directions and add before serving.
