5 lbs. HAEN BONELESS PORK SHOULDER
1 bottle HAEN BBQ SAUCE
1 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup water

Methods/steps
1. Combine all seasonings in a small bowl.
2. Rub evenly over roast.
3. Place meat in slow cooker and add water.
4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
5. Remove pork and place on platter or cutting board.
6. Let rest 10-15minutes.
7. Pull, slice, or chop and serve in buns with BBQ sauce.
