Reuben Style Hot Dogs

1 pack (8) HAEN SKINLESS WIENERS
1 lb. sauerkraut rinsed and drained
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup ketchup
1 T. paprika
2 large deli dill pickles quartered
8 slices swiss cheese
8 deli hard rolls split
1 lb. sauerkraut rinsed and drained
1/3 cup sour cream

Methods/steps
1. Warm sauerkraut in small saucepan.
2. Grill hot dogs over medium heat until heated through.
3. Combine sour cream, ketchup, and paprika in small bowl.
4. Split each hot dog lengthwise but do not cut all the way through.
5. Place cut side down on grill and cover with slice of swiss to melt cheese.
6. Place hot dogs in rolls.
7. Top with sauce, sauerkraut, and the pickle spear.
