1 lb. HAEN CHICKEN SEASONED BULK
substitute chicken brats or kielbasa
1 jar CARMELLA'S MARINARA SAUCE
available at Haen Meats
1 lb. uncooked spiral noodles
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 onion chopped
1 red bell pepper chopped
1 green bell pepper chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
1 T. olive oil
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 onion chopped
1 red bell pepper chopped
1 green bell pepper chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
1 T. olive oil
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Methods/steps
1. Cook sausage in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until browned through; set aside.
2. Cook pasta according to package directions.
3. In sausage skillet, saute mushrooms, onion, peppers and garlic in oil until vegetables are tender.
4. Stir in marinara sauce and reserved sausage.
5. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.
6. Drain pasta; serve sauce over pasta; top with mozzarella cheese.
