Savory Stir Fry
Ingredients
2 lbs. HAEN CHICKEN OR BEEF STIR FRY
1 cups water
4 bouillon cubes, chicken or beef
7 T. soy sauce
3 T. olive oil
6 cups stir fry vegetables*
4 cups minute rice, white or brown
*You may use fresh vegetables (broccoli, carrots, snow peas, water chestnuts, etc. ) or frozen stir fry mixed vegetables.
Methods/steps
1. Heat oil in skillet.
2. Fry chicken or beef stir fry meat in oil over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. While meat is cooking, prepare minute rice according to package directions.
4. Add water, bouillon cubes, soy sauce, and vegetables to stir fried meat.
4. Cover and simmer 5-8 minutes or until vegetables are tender crisp.
8. Serve over rice.
