1 1/2 lbs. HAEN BONELESS CHICKEN BREAST, cubed
1 T. olive oil
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) chicken broth
1 can (4 oz.) green chilies, chopped and drained
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. cilantro leaves
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
1 can (19 oz.) white kidney beans-do not drain
Green onions, chopped
Shredded cheddar cheese
Sour cream
1 T. olive oil
1/4 cup onion, chopped

Methods/steps
1. Heat oil in large saucepan.
2. Add chicken and onion.
3. Cook 4-5 minutes.
4. Add broth, green chilies, and spices.
5. Simmer 15 minutes.
6. Stir in beans, simmer 5 minutes more.
7. Garnish with green onion, cheese, and sour cream.
