Methods/steps
1. Combine sugar, vinegar, pineapple juice, corn starch, and soy sauce.
2. Bring to a boil, then cook until clear and slightly thick.
3. Lightly brown the pork chops, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Add sauce to pork chops and cover.
5. Cook over low heat for 50 minutes, turning frequently.
