1 1/2 lbs. HAEN SALMON FILLETS
3 T. lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried basil
1 T. olive oil
1 T. soy sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Methods/steps
1. Rinse salmon, pat dry.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl.
3. Brush salmon with mixture.
4. Grill over direct medium heat 4-6 minutes per side or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
5. Continue brushing with remaining sauce while grilling.
