Teriyaki Salmon

1 1/2 lbs. HAEN SALMON FILLETS
1/3 cup soy sauce
3 T. honey
1 T. white wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 T. extra virgin olive oil
1 green onion chopped

Methods/steps
1. Combine soy sauce, honey, and vinegar in saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 minute; add garlic.
3. Season salmon on both sides with salt.
4. Preheat large skillet over medium-high heat.
5. Add oil, then salmon skin side down; cook about 6 minutes.
6. Turn and cook until salmon is opaque at the thickest part.
7. Drizzle sauce over fish and top with chopped onion.
