Ham Heating Instructions

Your Haen Ham is fully cooked. Because there is no water added, over heating the ham can cause it to become dry. If desired, score ham and add cloves, pineapple and a layer of brown sugar to the top of the ham. Place ham on a raised rack in a pan. Add 1/2" liquid to the bottom of the pan. Water, white soda, apple cider, or a sweet cooking wine work great! Place covered in a 325°F oven for approximately 7-8 minutes per pound. Internal temperature of the ham should be around 130°F on a meat thermometer for serving. Slice ham and layer in juices to keep warm and moist for serving.

Enjoy!

Basic Pork Ribs Recipe

Cut each slab between the rib bones into four pieces. Place ribs in a shallow roasting pan. Roast in a 350°F oven for 1-1/2 hours. Remove Ribs from oven and baste with your favorite barbecue sauce. Return ribs to oven and continue to roast for 30 minutes or until tender.
