1. In an ovenproof skillet, saute garlic in butter and oil.
2. Add shrimp, lemon juice, pepper, and oregano; cook, stirring, until shrimp turn pink.
3. Sprinkle with cheese, bread crumbs and parsley.
4. Transfer to oven and broil for 2-3 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
5. Serve over pasta.
