Cranberry Walnut Bread Pudding

Ingredients

1loaf HAEN CRANBERRY WALNUT BREAD cubed
1 cup milk
1 cup flavored coffee creamer, liquid (English Toffee or French Vanilla)
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup brown sugar

Methods/steps

1. Place cubed bread in 9x9 baking dish.
2. Heat milk and butter until butter is melted.
3. Mix eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon together.
4. Pour over bread.
5. Pour milk and butter over bread.
6. Sprinkle brown sugar on top.
7. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes.
