Beef Tenderloin Stroganoff


1 1/2 lbs HAEN BEEF TENDERLOIN cut into strips
2 T. butter
2 T. flour
2 T. olive or vegetable oil
1-1/2 cups beef broth
1/4 cup sour cream
2 T. tomato paste
1/2 tsp. paprika
Hot cooked egg noodles


1. Toss beef in flour.
2. Brown with butter and oil in skillet.
3. Add beef broth and bring to a boil.
4. Combine sour cream, tomato paste, paprika, and salt.
5. Reduce heat and slowly add to beef mixture, do not boil.
6. Cook uncovered over low heat for 15-20 minutes stirring frequently.
7. Serve over noodles.

Serves: 4-6
