Apple Shredded Pork

Ingredients

2-3 lb. HAEN BONELESS PORK SHOULDER
1 cup apple butter
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
¼ cup brown sugar
2 T. minced garlic
2 T. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 onion chopped
2 apples chopped

Methods/steps

1. Whisk together apple butter, vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, mustard, salt and pepper.
2. Place apples and onions in slow cooker; add pork and pour apple butter mixture over top.
3. Cook on low 5-6 hours; shred pork with 2 forks and cook an additional hour.
4. Serve on a bun or over mashed potatoes or rice.
