Brown Sugar Brats

Ingredients

3 lbs. HAEN FRESH PORK BRATS
5 apples peeled and sliced
6 onions sliced
1 lb. dark brown sugar
1 cups water
2 cloves minced garlic

Methods/steps

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Place brats in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
3. Layer the apples, then onions, garlic, and brown sugar over brats; pour water over all ingredients.
4. Bake for approximately 1 hour; brats will look dark and candied when ready.
