Bacon Egg Salad

Ingredients
1/2 lb. HAEN HICKORY SMOKED BACON
12 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
¼ tsp. paprika
3 T. Dijon mustard
2 T. prepared horseradish
2 T. chopped red onion
salt and pepper to taste

Methods/steps
1. Cook bacon in skillet over medium heat until well browned; drain and crumble.
2. In a bowl, stir together all ingredients.
3. Refrigerate until serving.
