2 lbs. HAEN FLANK STEAK
1/3 cup soy sauce
¼ cup canola oil
1 T. lemon juice
1 T. sugar
1 T. fresh minced ginger
1. Whisk together all ingredients except the flank steak.
2. Place steak in a re-sealable bag; pour marinade in bag.
3. Seal bag and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
4. Remove steak from marinade and grill over medium heat 5-7 minutes per side or until beef reaches desired doneness.
5. Let steak rest 5 minutes; slice into thin strips against the grain on a diagonal.
