1 lb. HAEN ATLANTIC SALMON
¼ cup maple syrup
2 T. soy sauce
1 clove garlic minced
¼ tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1. In a small bowl, mix syrup, soy sauce, garlic, garlic salt, and pepper.
2. Place salmon in a shallow glass baking dish and coat with syrup mixture.
3. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4. Preheat oven to 400°F.
5. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
