Chipped Beef on Toast

Ingredients

1 LB. HAEN CURED & SMOKED BEEF shaved thin
1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 1/2 cups milk
6 slices toasted bread

Methods/steps

1. Melt butter or margarine in a sauce pan over medium heat.
2. Stir in flour and pepper.
3. Gradually add milk; stirring until thickened.
4. Add dried beef (pull apart).
5. Simmer 5 minutes; serve over buttered toast.
