1 ½ lbs. HAEN GROUND CHICKEN
1 cup bread crumbs
5 T. salsa
¼ cup diced onion
3 T. ranch salad dressing
1 pkg. taco seasoning
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1. Preheat oven to 350°F; grease an 8x4 inch loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, mix together chicken, eggs, bread crumbs, salsa, salad dressing, onion, and taco seasoning; pack into loaf pan.
3. Bake for 50 minutes; chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
4. Top with cheese and serve with sour cream.
