1 jar COUNTRY FRESH SALSA
2 T. melted butter
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 T. vegetable oil
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1. Melt butter, dip fillets in butter and coat in bread crumbs.
2. In a skillet, brown fillets in oil.
3. Arrange walleye in a 9x13 greased baking dish.
4. Pour salsa over fish and top with cheeses.
5. Bake, uncovered, at 400 F for 7-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork and cheese is melted.
