Baked Chicken Enchiladas
1 ½ lbs. HAEN COOKED SHREDDED CHICKEN
1 jar salsa
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
¼ cup sliced black olives
1 pkg. taco seasoning
10 flour tortillas
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Over medium heat, in a saucepan, melt cream cheese, half jar of salsa, taco seasoning, and ½ cup of shredded cheese; add the chicken.
3. Spoon mixture evenly on tortillas and roll.
4. Place rolled tortillas in a greased baking dish.
5. Top with remaining salsa, remaining cheese, and black olives.
6. Bake 30-35 minutes.
