Antipasto Salad

½ lb. HAEN SALAMI chopped
1 lb. seashell pasta
½ lb. Asiago cheese, diced
6 oz. black olives, drained and chopped
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
3 tomatoes, diced
1 pk. dry Italian dressing mix
¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
2 T. dried oregano
1 T. dried parsley
1 T. grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and cool under cold water.
2. In a large bowl, combine pasta, salami, cheese, black olives, red pepper, green pepper and tomatoes.
3. Stir in dry dressing mix; cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
4. Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, parsley, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
5. Pour dressing over salad and mix well just before serving.
