Barbeque Flank Steak
1 1/2 lbs. HAEN BEEF FLANK STEAK tenderized
¼ cup soy sauce
3 T. honey
2 T. distilled white vinegar
½ tsp. ground ginger
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ cup vegetable oil
1. In a blender, combine all ingredients except the beef.
2. Lay steak in a shallow glass dish and cover with marinade.
3. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours.
4. Grill over medium high heat on an oiled grate for 10-12 minutes, turning once, or to desired doneness.
