Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients
1 lb. HAEN LEAN GROUND BEEF
12 cabbage leaves
1 cup cooked white rice
1 egg beaten
¼ cup milk
¼ cup minced onion
1 ¼ tsp. salt
1 ¼ tsp. pepper
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 T. brown sugar
1 T. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce


Methods/steps
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil; boil cabbage 2 minutes and drain.
2. In a large bowl, combine rice, egg, milk, onion, ground beef, salt, and pepper.
3. Place ¼ cup meat mixture in center of each cabbage leaf and roll up, tucking in ends.
4. Place rolls in slow cooker.
5. In a small bowl, mix together tomato sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
6. Pour over cabbage rolls; cover and cook on low 8-9 hours.
