BBQ Chicken
Ingredients
1 HAEN FRYING CHICKEN CUT-UP
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup ketchup
1/4 cup water
2 T. vinegar
2 T. Worcestershire Sauce
2 T. butter
1 tsp. ground mustard
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup ketchup
1/4 cup water
2 T. vinegar
2 T. Worcestershire Sauce
2 T. butter
1 tsp. ground mustard
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Methods/steps
1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
2. Place flour in a plastic bag; add chicken, close bag and shake to coat.
3. Arrange chicken pieces in a baking dish and set aside.
4. In a small saucepan combine all other ingredients.
5. Heat and stir, boiling gently for 5-10 minutes.
6. Pour mixture over chicken
7. Bake uncovered for 45-55 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, spooning sauce over chicken occasionally.
