3/4 cup milk
2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 cup melted butter
1. Preheat oven to 500°.
2. In a bowl, combine milk and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and thyme.
4. Dip the haddock fillets in the milk then press into bread crumb mixture to coat.
5. Place haddock in a glass baking dish and drizzle with melted butter.
6. Bake until the fish flakes easily, about 15 minutes.
