Bacon Potato Salad
Ingredients
4 slices HAEN CHICKEN BACON, cooked and crumbled
3 lbs. Yukon Gold potatoes, cooked and cubed
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
2 cups celery, sliced
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup green onion chopped
2 T. white vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Methods/steps
1. Precook and cool potatoes, bacon, and eggs.
2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Cover and refrigerate before serving.
