4 pcs. HAEN ATLANTIC SALMON
1 T. prepared horseradish
1 T. grated Parmesan cheese
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
¼ tsp. salt
½ cup panko bread crumbs
1. Place salmon on a foil lined baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
2. In a small bowl, mix horseradish, cheese, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and salt.
3. Stir in panko crumbs and press mixture onto fillets; spritz tops with cooking spray.
4. Bake fish on middle oven rack 8-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
