Tenderloin Roast Instruction

Beef Tenderloin Roast

  • Rub tenderloin with vegetable oil
  • Season well with Haen 1959 Seasoning
  • Tuck small tail under roast
  • Place on a greased cookie sheet (with a 1" edge)
  • Preheat oven to 425°
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 425°
  • Turn off oven
  • Leave in oven for 20 minutes (do NOT open oven door)
  • Remove from oven and slice to desired thickness

*Note: top with sauteed mushrooms and/or onions upon serving if desired

Beef should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145°. Roast will continue to cook after removed from oven, usually another 5°. Cooking times and appliances vary.
